Let your little ones get creative! Toy boat building gives your child a chance to build a nautical masterpiece—a one-of-a-kind vessel using pieces of wood, a little glue, and a lot of imagination.

Watch, learn and do! If you’re a do-it-yourselfer or boat owner interested in maintaining, repairing or upgrading your boat or engine, head to Fred’s Shed for practical, professional advice. Free, daily seminars and talk-show format clinics cover a variety of topics, and include demos and question/answer. Certified marine service technician Fred, brings more than 35 years of boating experience to the Shed and will be on site to share his expertise. FREE Sailing Lesson - Sailing Simulator

Experience how a boat reacts to wind and waves and learn how to use the tiller with the help of an ASA certified instructor. Designed and built by a nuclear physicist, the sailing simulator recreates the actual movement of a boat under sail so you can get a feel for the water, without getting wet. It’s a unique training platform for sailors of all abilities—whether you’re just learning how to sail and or an experienced sailor who wants to practice under different sailing conditions. Sailing Simulator video   The simulator was featured at the America's Cup where over 1000 people learned how to sail. Don't miss your chance to climb aboard and take a test sail.

3rd Annual Cruising Outpost Cruisers’ Party — Everyone's Invited!

Join us dockside for an evening of after-hours fun & merriment, free beer and pizza, at the always-anticipated annual Cruisers’ Party, hosted by Cruising Outpost — a new boating lifestyle interactive website and quarterly magazine (Formerly  LATS & ATTS) Sat Oct 25, 2014 at 7pm. In addition to free food and drink you’ll enjoy live music.

As always Cruising Outpost will also be giving away plenty of great prizes. 

Only one rule, be inside the show before closing. No one will be admitted after show hours. Must be 21 to consume alcohol.

Check out the fastest growing paddlesport – stand up paddleboards (SUP). Learn how SUP’s are used to catch fish, catch rays and catch waves! Test one out at the show. Try the SUP simulator and learn about SUP Yoga. Free expert instruction offered throughout the show. take a lesson with an expert on hand to teach and demonstrate these fun and healthy outdoor activities.
 
Try the NEW electric powered SUP. That's right, hop aboard the electric powered Stand Up paddleboard.
 You'll cruise right along with paddle and power. Don't miss it!
 
Also take a ride in Pinky—Built by International Marine as a breast cancer fund raiser and to promote awareness of the "Sail for the Cure" campaign, this West Wight Potter 15 sailboat sports a bright pink hull and pink & white sails and was featured in an original music video starring Heather Myles singing "Together we can find a Cure". PInky can carry 4 passengers; open to anyone age 10 and older.
